La Playa, the Estrella de Mar official beach bar, is often called the pool bar as it sits between the communal swimming pool and the two tennis courts. The bar/restaurant, managed by Juan, is located close to the Mar Menor beach and walkway. Casa Erika, our holiday home rental, is only a few minutes stroll away. La Playa is a very nice place to sit and relax with a drink or two or maybe something to eat. It is a good place to top up your tan and you are allowed to sit here after using the swimming pool. To the right of the bar/restaurant are steps down to the childrens play area and the main walkway to other bar/restaurants.

La Playa, The Beach Bar/Restaurant, is a few minutes stroll from CASA ERIKA. This bar is often called the Pool Bar because access to the communal swimming pool is from the La Playa sun terrace.

The La Playa bar is located a few steps up from the beach. It can also be accessed from the tiled walkways. This photograph shows the large terrace looking down onto the two tennis courts.
