The first bedroom downstairs. The bed is made up of two singles zipped together.
If required, with advanced notice, the beds can be separated to make two single beds. The window looks out into
the front terrace. It has both a curtain and blind (operated from inside) and a security grill. There is a ceiling fan,
a large fitted wardrobe and a wall mirror.
The second bedroom downstairs. This bedroom has a double bed and large fitted wardrobe. The window looks out onto
the rear walled terrace. This terrace is secured by a high wall and gate. The window has both curtains and a blind (Operated from inside) and security bars. There are two small tables with lamps.
The third bedroom is located upstairs and access is by the external stairs from the rear secluded terrace. The bedroom has two single beds and own bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and wash basin. The window looks out to the sea and the door opens onto the third sun terrace (early morning sun trap) with a sea view of the Mar Menor.
