The communal swimming pool is accessed by an electronic gate tag, and in the summer months has a life guard on duty. It is a large well kept pool and its use is included in the Casa Erica house rental costs. The La Playa bar terrace has a view into the swimming pool and is a good place to sit and enjoy a drink after your swim.

All houses within the Urbonisation have to pay a local tax to maintain various facilities, this tax allows guests staying in Casa ERIKA to have the free use of this large and well maintained swimming pool. The swimming pool is located next to the beach bar. The beach bar/restaurant is a few minutes stroll from the house along the sea front going to the right (with the sea on your left).

The sea and beach walk way is accessed by a few steps to the right of the of the swimming pool. The bar/restaurant runs along side the swimming pool and is a good place to relax, eat and drink during the daytime. There are steps to the left of the pool that take you down to a childrens play area and tiled walk way to other bar/restaurants.

The building in the background is the toilets/changing rooms. The sea on the right is the Mar Menor and you can see the small boat club in the background. This is about 10 minutes walk and there is a bar there.
